ChillTech Corporation was founded in 2005 by Tom Brennan, a lifelong Rydal resident who spent over 15 years working as a lead technician for one of Philadelphia's largest HVAC contractors. After years of watching homeowners get overcharged for subpar work, Tom decided to build something different — a company where honest recommendations, quality craftsmanship, and fair pricing weren't the exception, but the standard. He started with a single service van, a toolbox, and a commitment to treating every home like his own.
What began as a one-man operation quickly grew through word of mouth. Neighbors told neighbors, and before long, ChillTech Corporation became the go-to HVAC company across Jenkintown, Abington, Huntingdon Valley, and beyond.
